As President of Interlock Industries, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of its subsidiaries, Jeffrey provides corporate and strategic planning while facilitating growth initiatives.
 
Jeffrey graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Centre College and then earned a Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. He served in various roles for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including a term as Prosecuting Attorney, joining Interlock as General Counsel in 1990. Jeffrey also serves on the Board at Maryhurst.

Mike joined Interlock Industries, Inc. in August of 1984. He has held various positions at Metal Sales Manufacturing and Ohio Valley Aluminum, from administration, plant management and sales to general management, and currently is working on real estate development.
 
A graduate of St. Xavier High School in Louisville, Kentucky, Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from Bellarmine University also in Louisville. Michael serves on the Board at Bellarmine University.

As a Director of The Mackin Foundation, Jay utilizes his past work accomplishments involving plant development, operations, sales and general management. Having joined Interlock in 1987, his 18 years of service with Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation is integral to his contributions.
 
Jay is a graduate of St. Xavier High School in Louisville, Kentucky, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication and Marketing from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.

Craig joined Interlock in 1995. As CFO, Craig focuses on tax, treasury, general corporate planning and acquisitions. Craig is also a Director of The Mackin Foundation.
 
After graduating from St. Xavier High School and receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Bellarmine University in 1990, Craig worked six years in public accounting and two years as a tax manager of a high growth public company. He has been admitted to both the Kentucky and Indiana Board of Accountancy. Craig currently serves on the Board of Trustees at St. Catherine College, and is a board member of the American Cancer Society and the Taxicab and Livery Para-transit Association. He is also a member of the Kentucky society of CPA’s, American Institute of CPA’s, and the Tax Executives Institute.
